Where's Agent 13?
Max: What have you got, 13?
Agent 13: Clausterphobia and flat feet!

Unlucky Control Agent 13 was always stuck with the most boring assignments and cramped hideouts. But on more than one occasion, Max was lucky 13 was there to back him up. Here's a tribute (a.k.a. The Cavalcade of Ketchum ... thanks, Amanda) to my favorite number -- along with 86 and 99 -- and his cranky comedy. The episodes are listed by original airdate.
