• Former Florida resident, KAOS office boy and part time killer.
• Can frequently be heard saying "Vee don't shush here."
• Also answers to "Ludwig".
• Siegfried is to be considered scarred and dangerous.

Starker

• Wanted for assisting in nefarious deeds perpetrated by Siegfried.
• Former Third Reich Track Star and second man out of El Alamein.
• Warning: This man is a child-like stooge, but has the strength of several.
• He is to be considered dumb and dangerous.

Mr. Big

• Small of stature, big on evil.
• Wanted for evil deeds related to an Enthermo Ray.
• To be considered short and dangerous.

The Claw

• Not the brightest villain in the bunch.
• Easily identified by his thick accent.
• He is to be considered one-armed and dangerous.
